Vendor / Sponsorship Information for CacheFest

First of all, we want to say that we are committed to helping you meet your goals for this event. Because of this we created an A La Carte Sponsorship Model. The a la carte sponsorship model approach is an alternative model for sponsors and exhibitors looking to achieve specific goals or outcomes.

We have two vendor levels: Concert Promoter Level and Stage Manager Level.

Space is limited and will be capped once that level is reached. We reserve the right to refuse anyone at our discretion.

Recognition as an Exhibitor of WorldWide CacheFest 2022 on the website with a weblink to your website
Include the sponsor’s logo on the event web page
Provide social media shout outs to promote sponsors
Your logo is placed on the back of the Official Event T-Shirt
Two Six Foot tables indoors at the event (if desired) Saturday - power and wi-fi are included in this level
2-3 Chairs
Additional tables are $10/each up to a maximum of 8 tables total for your event space
Snacks and Drinks in the Back Stage Lounge
Include the sponsor’s logo and/or mention them in any post-event email or survey sent to attendees
Include links to downloadable resources provided by the sponsor - post event

One Six Foot table indoors at the event (if desired) Saturday - power and wi-fi are included in this level

Additional tables are $10/each up to a maximum of 4 tables total for your event space
Indoor tables are limited and once the exhibitor space is at capacity, outdoor exhibitor table space will be provided
Include the exhibitor’s logo and/or mention them in any post-event email or survey sent to attendees
