Be a part of the “Memphis Perks” program for the inaugural International CacheFest at Shelby Farms Park! 

In creating a welcome, memorable, and enticing social experience throughout the event week, “Memphis Perks” aims to engage local businesses and stimulate economic development within the region. Whether geocachers are traveling to Memphis from across the globe, or call the city home, we want to encourage geocachers, volunteers, friends, and family to enjoy all that Memphis has to offer! We want to celebrate the local community by offering surrounding businesses the opportunity to introduce themselves to thousands of geocachers and their guests through our FREE promotional “Memphis Perks” campaign!

The last day to fill out the form to be included will be Friday May 6th, 2022

Details

Create a simple offer, discount, incentive, or perk unique for athletes, spectators, volunteers, friends & family.
Ex: “Welcome Geocachers! Celebrate your monumental event by bringing in your event lanyard for 20% off your dinner check, alcohol excluded.” or “Welcome to Memphis! Stop by and show your event lanyard for a free gift!”

Publicize your participation!
Once you submit your info, you will be given a “Memphis Perks Participating Location” poster to hang in your front window, business door, or a spot that is most visible for everyone to see.

We will help you!
Once you submit your perk to us, we will post it on our website to link to a special CacheFest landing page on the CacheFest website for local businesses. We email a direct link to this page to our thousands of geocachers as part of the “Visitor Guide” packet approximately 2 to 3 weeks prior to the event!

Extend your special!
There are no restrictions on the time limits for your discounts. Feel free to offer the special for event day only which is July 16th, event week, or several weeks before/after. Many of our geocachers & volunteers are locals – entice them back!

Volunteer appreciation!
Our volunteers rock and we love to include them in our “Memphis Perks” program when possible. If you want to include volunteers in your offered special or create one specifically for them, please do so!
